return slip. So did we. Unable to find suitable "off the shelf" perforated
stationery - we created our own.
There are now two options of our exclusive A4 perforated paper, a micro-perforation 75mm from the bottom, or a centre perforation to give 2 A5 sheets (i.e. half a standard A4 sheet of paper). We can also supply perforated paper to your specific requirements on any weight and colour of paper.

Create your own invoice layout. Position lines, boxes and use any size text you like. Perforated tear-off slip speeds up customer payments, especially business to consumer sales.
Official sage statement paper, A4 with a vertical perforation works well as statement paper, but space is very limited. We have customers successfully using our custom perforated paper for statements as well. More space for item descriptions, clearer layout, and the customer simply returns the bottom of the statement with their remittance. Due to limitations on the actual Sage layouts it's not possible to list every invoice on this perforated section, so it's more suited to businesses with customers with only a few outstanding invoices such as invoiced retail sales, garages, business to consumer type environments, rather than business to business sales with repeated and ongoing invoices.
We have standard stationery layouts to use with our custom perforated paper. A statement and invoice layout will be emailed to you free of charge with your first order, with instructions on how to install it.
If you are not happy making further amendments or changes yourself, we can do it for you. Each layout costs £65. Simply email your company logos, and fax or email the desired changes, and I'll take if from there.
