Order returns

All physical goods purchased from Business Support Solutions have a 14 day no quibble money-back guarantee so you can shop with confidence. This includes goods no longer needed, items ordered in error or duplicate orders.

If you would like to return your goods within this time period, please contact us by email or telephone 01595 880503 to obtain a returns number.

We cannot accept returns without a returns authorisation number. Once we have issued a returns number, you can return the specified goods to the address below. Please include a covering letter explaining why you are returning the goods and quoting your order details.

Refunds will not be issued for goods received more than 14 days after the delivery, except by prior agreement with ourselves.

Please note - returns are only valid if the original packaging and documents are returned with the product. We also suggest all goods are returned by recorded or signed delivery, as we can not be responsible for any goods lost in transit. For goods over 2kg, the most cost effective method will be ParcelForce 48, under 2kg, 2nd class signed delivery is probably the most cost effective order.

For the avoidance of doubt, you are responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of the returned goods.

Goods must be received in the condition in which they were sent out.

Software must also be returned to us unregistered.

To return goods please make sure the following items have been attached:

1) A cover sheet explaining the reason for returning the goods, and your order details

2) All original packaging, documents and manuals

Goods older than 14 days will only be accepted by prior consent of Business Support Solutions (UK) Limited, if they are found to have a defect resulting from a fault, under the terms of the guarantee supplied with the product purchased. All other returns are at our discretion.
