All physical goods purchased from Business Support Solutions have a 28 day no quibble money-back guarantee so you can shop with confidence. This includes goods no longer needed, items ordered in error or duplicate orders.
Contact us by email or call 01595 880503, tell us what the problem is, and we'll try to fix it for you. So if you have ordered the wrong item or no longer have a need for what you bought, tell us, once we have received your returned order, we will refund your original purchase price, but not any carriage element. Returns are to be made at your expense. We can arrange collection on your behalf, but this is chargable.
If the goods arrive damaged, or for some reason are not as described, let us know, we will try make the situation right for you. For damaged items a sample and photograph may suffice to save everyone time and money on repacking and arranging collection. Where the mistake is ours or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of a full refund (including carriage) or replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds will not be automatically issued for goods received more than 28 days after the delivery, except by prior agreement with ourselves.
We also suggest all goods are returned by recorded or signed delivery, as we can not be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
For the avoidance of doubt, you are responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of the returned goods where you have ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind. We will bear return costs where we have made a mistake or there is a fault with what we supplied
Goods must be received in the condition in which they were sent out.
Software must remain unregistered.
Returns older than 28 days after delivery will only be accepted by prior consent of Business Support Solutions (UK) Limited, if they are found to have a defect resulting from a fault, under the terms of the guarantee supplied with the product purchased. All other returns are at our discretion.
Where we have made a mistake, or there is a product fault with what we supplied, we want to fix this for you. Where we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, we'll endevour to put this right. Where you have made a mistake, we'll work with you to get this sorted. As a small company we can be flexible and responsive to customers needs, we won't make you jump through hoops to sort out a simple return or product replacement or swap. We will respond quickly and effectively to any query that you raise.
